When an ipad is upgraded from iOS 13 to iOS 14, a new security feature is added called MAC address randomization.
Although this feature great for personal use, it does cause problems within an educational environment.
Soon we will be able to lock this feature across all student devices but until then it will need to be turned off manually by doing the following:
1. Go to settings
2. Tap WiFi
3. To the right of "ladueschools", Tap the blue "i" with a circle around it.
4. Turn off Private address... it should grey when off.
