- Tickets that are assigned to you and do not have an agent assigned yet.
- Any tickets that are added to a group you're assigned to (as well as tickets without a group assignment).
- Status is Open, Pending, or on Hold. This essentially excludes tickets that are considered "Resolved" or "Closed."
